Dr. Yingting (Tony) Guo

CEO & Director

Dr. Yingting (Tony) Guo has over 30-year experience in the mining industries globally. He has worked on mineral exploration and development projects/mines in China, Canada, US, Mongolia, Africa and Europe. Mr. Guo's business expertise includes mineral resource exploration, project development, property assessment, project acquisition and management. Dr. Guo has directly involved in discovering several large gold deposits (MOz Plus) in China, US and Fiji. Mr. Guo has worked from mining companies to consulting firms such as Jinshan Gold Mines, China Gold International, Behre Dolbear, etc. Dr. Guo currently works for China Gold International (TSX. CGG) as the QP technical advisor and one other TSX listed companies as independent director.  Dr. Guo is the founder and chairman of Association of Chinese Canadian Mining Professionals in Canada. He is a QP member of the Mining & Metallurgical Society of America.

John Mirko

Director

Mr. Mirko has 48 years’ experience in the mining industry and is currently the founder and President of Canam Mining Corporation, and the President and CEO of Rokmaster Resources Corp. He was the founder and recent President of Canam Alpine Resources Ltd. before selling it to Vizsla Silver Corp. in September 2019. Since 1972, Mr. Mirko has consulted and prospected internationally with successful experience in discovery, permitting, mine construction and operation. He was a founder of several companies including Pacific Rim Mining Corp., Frontier Pacific Mining Corp., Roca Mines Inc., and Stikine Gold Corp.

In 2008, Mr. Mirko received the “E. A. Scholtz Medal for Excellence in Mine Development” from the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia and in 2009, the Mining Association of British Columbia’s “Mining and Sustainability Award” for the MAX Mine. He is a member in good standing of the Society of Economic Geologists, Inc. (“SEG”), the Canadian Institute Of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (“CIM”), and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Ms. Melinda Hsu

Director

Ms. Hsu has over thirty years of diversified experience in areas of accounting, finance, corporate development and administration. She has served as CFO and other senior management roles in public listed mining and oil & gas companies including Infinitum Copper Corp., Minco Silver Corporation, Minco Capital Corp. and Handeni Gold Inc., having both North American and International operations. Ms. Hsu is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and Ontario and has obtained a master’s degree in commerce from Renmin University of China.

Edward Gu

Director

Mr. Gu has been in the business of international trades of mineral products and mining industry in African and China for 10 years, which include lead, zinc ore and concentrate, columbite-tantalite ore, and concentrate. He also has experience in lithium project exploration, lithium mine development and international Lithium concentrate trading. Mr. Gu has also invested in the mineral processing business.  Mr. Gu has rich experience of mineral exploration, mine development, and mine management and processing plants. Mr. Gu graduated from Michigan State University and received his Bachelor of Arts in supply chain management, specializing in international trading business.
